Displaying PETS & DOGUE material on this website does not grant permission to reproduce our branding, create misleading imitations, present another publication as affiliated with PETS & DOGUE or use protected material commercially without permission.
Images & Photography
Photographs published by PETS & DOGUE remain the property of their respective copyright owners unless rights have been transferred by agreement.
Users submitting images confirm that:
- They own the image or have permission to use it.

User Submissions

By submitting material for a PETS & DOGUE feature, you give PETS & DOGUE permission to host, display, reproduce, format and present that material as reasonably required to operate and promote the feature for which it was submitted, including galleries, competitions, Marketplace posts, editorial pages and related PETS & DOGUE promotion.
You confirm that you have the rights or permissions necessary to submit the material and that our permitted use of it will not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
Magazine Covers & Cover Star
A pet photograph submitted to Cover Star may remain owned by the photographer or other applicable rights holder. The finished PETS & DOGUE cover composition may contain separate original editorial design, typography, graphics, layout and other creative elements belonging to or licensed for PETS & DOGUE.
A participant may share an official PETS & DOGUE cover featuring their pet for personal, non-misleading promotional use, provided the cover is not materially altered or presented as another publication or commercial product. Commercial licensing or reproduction may require written permission.
Reuse Of Content
No article, image, graphic, logo, magazine page or other protected content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or republished commercially without the permission of the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Copyright Complaints
