PETS & DOGUE Marketplace provides a platform for community listings, services, accessories, responsible rehoming and other permitted posts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PETS & DOGUE is not the seller, breeder, service provider or contracting party in transactions between users.

• Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, unsafe or unlawful.
• Animal welfare must come first in any pet-related listing or arrangement.
• Users must follow applicable local laws concerning animal sales, breeding, rehoming and services.
• PETS & DOGUE may remove listings that breach these Terms or community standards.

Cover Star & Contests

PETS & DOGUE may run Cover Star competitions, voting, photo features, contests and promotional activities. Specific eligibility, deadlines, voting methods, prizes and selection criteria may be provided with each competition and form part of the applicable rules.

We may reject fraudulent entries, manipulated votes, duplicate accounts or activity intended to interfere with fair participation.

User Submissions

If you submit photos, stories, text or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not violate copyright, privacy or third-party rights.

By submitting content for publication, competitions, galleries or community features, you give PETS & DOGUE permission to display and reproduce that content for operating, promoting and presenting the relevant PETS & DOGUE feature. Cancellation & Consumer Rights

Monthly Club membership may be cancelled so that future monthly charges stop. Cancellation does not remove access already provided for a paid membership period unless otherwise required by law.

Where the monthly plan begins with a complimentary month, the price that follows the free period will be shown before membership is started.

Any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated terms.
